Refund Policy

Refund is based on the price of the order at the time of purchase, not the current price.

The customer gets usually full refund for return reasons related to us if the customer:

  1. Returned all items (including broken/defective/incorrect items) with all the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unused.
  2. Returned all contents of the original package including packaging materials and free gifts, if applicable.

If the customer didn’t do that, a mishandling fee applies to the refund (see mishandling fee next).

The customer gets partial refund for return reasons related to the customer as per the following:

  1. The customer pays for returning the item.
  2. The customer pays 10% restocking fee.
  3. If the customer mishandled the item, the customer pays mishandling fee (up to 50% in case the item is no longer new/sellable).

When the order is a set of more than one piece, the damage to one piece renders the whole set unsellable.
