Return Policy

We accept returns only for orders shipped to U.S. or Canadian destinations.

We accept returns for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase if the order qualifies for return. We don’t accept any return after the return period has passed.

The order qualifies for return if the customer did the followings:

  • Initiated return request within the return period and identified the order number.
  • Didn’t use the item, the item is still in its original state including packaging material.
  • Provided clear photos of the packaging box, both sides of the item, a photo that shows the item’s code, and any photo that is relevant to the return reason.
  • Stated the reason for return.

For example, if the item has adhesive tape and the customer applied the tape on the car or any other surface, then the item does not qualify for return regardless any other reason might be.

After order qualifies for return, the customer may choose one of the following:

  1. Receive a return label to send the order back.
  2. Create shipping label and send the order back.
  3. Drop the item at our warehouse (Canadian customers only).

In all cases, the customer will receive instructions on how to prepare the backage and send it back.

The customer has two weeks to ship the order OR one month to return the order to our warehouse from the date of initiating the return, if we didn’t receive the order within one month AND the order wasn’t shipped within two weeks then the return will be cancelled with no further obligations, the customer will receive a notice of cancelling the return.

If the customer wanted to return the order on their own, a tracking number and name of shipping used must be provided to us within two weeks from initiating the return to comply with the above.

Return reason could be related to the customer or related to us.

Return reasons that are related to customer are:

  • Item no longer needed/wanted.
  • Customer ordered the wrong item.
  • Customer ordered the wrong quantity.
  • Customer found competitive price.
  • Other reasons that we both agree on as related to customer.

Return reasons that are related to us are:

  • Item is damaged or defective.
  • We shipped the wrong item.
  • Fitment described is not accurate.
  • Other reasons that we both agree on as related to us.

After receiving the return, the package will be inspected within 2 business days to verify its condition, then the result will dictate how the refund will be issued.
