All items sold and shipped on this website will have tracking number provided to the customer to track the order on the courier’s website.

We offer “Free Shipping” and “Flat Rate”, “Flat Rate” is applied if there is no “Free Shipping” offer in the item’s detailed page. It is added and paid during Checkout process.

Orders within The United States are shipped with one of the following:

DHL Express, USPS, UPS ground, FedEx ground, or similar shipping providers. The selected shipping method is based on combination of cost, customer preference, and fastest delivery time. Duty and taxes are collected during checkout process, paying the final price means acknowledgment and customer’s acceptance to these additional costs.

Orders within Canada are shipped with one of the following:

Canada Post, Canpar Express, UPS ground, FedEx ground, or similar shipping providers. The selected shipping method is based on combination of cost, customer preference, and fastest delivery time.

Orders shipped to other international destinations are shipped with DHL Express or similar shipping providers, international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country, and we do not collect or have control over them. buyers are responsible for paying these charges when the order reaches the borders. If the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order may be returned to The U.S. or Canada and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.

All orders completed before 10:00AM EST are usually shipped same business day, but it may take more sometimes. All orders completed after 10:00AM EST are usually shipped next business day.
